The iHealthHome services are provided via an ecosystem of products. Doctors and Care Managers use the 'Care Navigation System' to plan, monitor and review patient care. While, care providers use 'Caregiver TOGO' to clock-in for shifts, review planned activities, and patient information.

With the different target audiences and use cases, these two primary products have very different feature and design focuses. The Care Navigation System is a powerful, data-heavy, interface that provides (searchable and filterable) context-based consoles, widgets, reports, and views into the information related to both patients and the care providers assigned to them. Meanwhile, Caregiver TOGO is concentrated on ease of use and providing slim 'just what you need to know now' information so that care providers can get back to their patients as quickly as possible.
